FAQ
You may come across some questions when deciding to build a new pool. Our FAQ page may help you answer those questions, but we still recommend contacting us for any specific questions you may have.
1. How much does a pool cost?
That is an excellent question. They can range from $15,000 on up. This is based on the type we build - in-ground, concrete pools. Above ground pools and "vinyl lined" pools can be less expensive, but are far less durable and not hassle free. We've built numerous, beautiful pools that range from simple to sophisticated in design that fit a variety of budgets and lifestyles. Ultimately the guiding factors that determine a pools cost are it's size, features, equipment and materials. An accurate estimate is obtained when one of our design professionals consult with you at your home and determine your design preferences.
2. What Kind of Pool is Right for Me?
Your overall lot size will determine what kind/size of pool is appropriate for you and your family, but in terms of shape, style, etc...It really depends on how you plan to use your pool. If exercise is most important, then perhaps a pool that facilitates swimming laps is appropriate. If you desire a pool that reflects a backyard paradise that is the perfect setting for entertaining, relaxing and overall enjoyment then a Freeform design is probably most suited. We invite you to visit our "Design Gallery" to view and research a variety of pool designs that fit a multitude of lifestyles and needs. Our design professionals can then assist you in determining the pool shape and design that works best for you.
3. Summer is over, shouldn't I just wait until Spring to build my new pool?
You can, but actually the period of November through February is ideal to start planning and building your pool. Many people choose to wait until Spring/Summer to build their pool and thus it might take longer as demands increase. It's similar to the concept of going to the Department of Motor Vehicles in the middle of the day. You have long lines and have to wait a little longer than if you went at some other time. By planning ahead with your decision to build a new pool you can ensure that your backyard oasis will be ready to use the first warm days of Spring.
