Our Process | Attention to the Finest Details
A beautifully designed pool is only as enjoyable as its construction quality. Below are the steps we take in creating your pool.
Pool Design
Every client receives a 3D computer generated design before we begin construction. These artistic renderings allow you to visualize the entire project. During the pool design phase we also choose all of your construction materials at our showroom.
Layout
The next stage is the first in the construction of your Anchor Pool. During this stage we use the pool design dimensions and engineered drawings to lay out your pool design on your property.
Excavation
Once the layout is complete, we excavate the pool. All dirt removed will be hauled off site unless your request to keep some dirt.
Concrete
Once your steel work has passed county inspections, we shoot 4,000 PSI structural concrete onto the steel grid and form it to create the foundation of the pool.
Tile and Coping
We have a wonderful selection available of natural stone, tiles, slates, ceramics and mosaics. The pool edging can be finished with brick coping, cap tile or a cantilever edge
Electrical & Plumbing
During this phase we install all plumbing and electrical components. They are inspected by the county as a "rough" inspection before we install the decking.
Decking
This is the perimeter surrounding your pool. There are a variety of surfaces implemented here including brick pavers and acrylic decking.
Screen Enclosure
Once we complete the deck, your screen ecnlosure is installed.
Interior Pool Finish
During this phase we install the interior pool finish and fill the pool. Pool finish options include Marquis Diamond Brite and Pebble finishes.
The Finishing Touches
The last phase of construction includes final electrical and plubming work including installation of all equipment and a pool school to teach you how to operate your new pool.
